Can my fiancé state date and location on pictures or should I do it?

Hey everyone,

I have a silly question, since I am the petitioner can I use the pictures (to prove we met in the last 2 years) my fiancé sent me?

I am filing I-129F but he just sent me 4 pics cause I forgot them with his G325A.

I mean he wrote "Petitioner and I in New York, November 29th 2012"

Should I be the one writing it ? Something like "Beneficiary and I in New York, November 29th 2012" ?

Of course he wrote my first name instead of "Petitioner"! Haha.

What do you think?

Seems easier to use your names (and not the words "petitioner" and "beneficiary") - my wife and I have three letter names so this was the easier approach. I would go with whoever's handwriting is easier to understand. In our case that is a toss-up (please don't tell my wife!).

The names of everyone in the photo should be written on the back. "Sally smith & John Jones at the mall on 7-15-2012" is better then "sally and I at the mall"

Best advice is to use a sharpie to write the full names on the back.

The last thing you want is to wait 5 months then get a RFE requesting more evidence of meeting. Stack the deck whenever you can.

You're right, just printed 4 new photos at CVS and bought a sharpie!

I printed photos on regular paper, you can fit 2-4, and then wrote underneath. Photos can weigh a lot.
