Well, it seems I lost 9kg (19 pounds or so in Imperial) over the past 4 weeks. And I had my band fill yesterday without any major issues though it took 3 attempts for the consultant to find the entry

Bummer, dude. I made it home from work, made almost a direct beeline to the facilities, was intensely ill for several minutes, and discovered thereafter that it was uncharacteristically raining like a ####### outside and I couldn't mow the lawn, no man.

In addition, Mrs. T-B. -- who had been outside with Mini-B. until the rain came -- left the cat outside, miu man. Poor thing was hiding under the bushes, came dashing in at highest fat-cat-waddle speed, and was still soaked, miu man.

This is hilarious. In observation of Mrs. T-B.'s ultra-hyper nieces & nephews, I have long suggested "Medicate medicate medicate!"

Mrs. T-B. is only now coming to realize that when a gringo offers you a pill or suggests that you take one for something, it's a sign of caring and commitment, si man.

We went shopping, kid has enough underwear and socks now. She got a few shirts and 1 pair or pants. We went to wal-mart and bought stuff to make homemade bread this weekend. Oh and we had lunch with hubs and his work buddy. T'was tasty.

Oh, I had two of his post reported, since they had absolutely nothing in common with the OP questions...

An the mod told me that I should stop reporting ALL his posts, cause he is experienced and his posts are helping other people.

So I decided to take a proper English course once again, since it turned out that I can't understand English... :(

My parents decided to have a BBQ today...

Which will be the first one since my mom had a stroke last December.

So we will go to our garden (which is a half a mile away from our flat) and have a small BBQ.

Can't wait!

We didn't have one at the opening of the summer, so we will have one at the ending of the season :)

You are spoiling her. Let her get bored and use her own imagination . Too many kids have too much provided for them in terms of entertainment and this stilts their personal growth IMHO.

So it's safe to assume that when the Nazis invaded, the polish troops couldn't get to their guns in time because it was stored somewhere far?

Maybe it is a Poland thing :)

My parents don't live in a house with garden. They live in an apartment building. There are tons of allotment gardens next to the development and my parents own one of the gardens.

It is normal in every city where people live in the apartment buildings and they can't have gardens right beside their homes.

Nope.

It's safe to assume that Polish troops weren't prepared for being left alone in the fight against Nazis.

Tho it was naive and wishful thinking that Poland could count on other nations, and that the other countries would help (would have helped? - not sure what past time to use here) Poland.

It's better to assume that Poland should have counted on their people only.
