So my husband just recently got approved for his EAD about a week ago and since then I've gotten 3 emails with the 3rd saying it now has been mailed. My concern is that usually by looking at other's timelines, the AP and EAD usually get approved at the same time.... Has anyone had this happen where thier EAD get's approved but not the AP? the AP hasn't even been touched at this point.

Actually you will receive what is called the EAD/AP combo card. We never heard anything about the I-131 application. It was only the I-765 and the I-485. This is completely normal. The on-line system is not very reliable as to what is really going on with any of your cases.

Congrats on the EAD approval,

Dave

Yes, check your EAD card once you get it. There should be a note at the bottom saying it serves also as an Advance Parole. :)

Haaaaaa sorry for my poor language .

I was asking if I applied for the forms I-131 + I-765 I will have the mentioned notice on my card as you posted up there (( it serves also as AP ))

So what if I applied for my EAD only it will be there too or not ??!!

If you only sent in the I-765 for the EAD and did not file the I-131 for the AP, then no, you will get the EAD only. You have to file for AP in order to receive it.
