Thats not unusual you still have a little ways to go but not near as far as before. time will go by before you know it

YES i HAVE SEEN 3 MONTHS BEFORE SEVERAL TIMES MYSELF . CANNOT EXPLAIN IT THOUGH. THINK THEY MUST KNOW SOMEBODY IDK.

it used to be that way a few years ago. I did received my noa 2 in 3 month and 3 weeks exactly! But I filed my k1 visa on 2011. I met a guy here from my country who received his in 2 month but he filed in 2010. Since august 2012 things slow down dramatically and a noa2 is taking more than 6 month

Now, no! but mine was approved in 3 month and a few people who applied in the same date they also received within 3 or 4 month. but we applied on 2011. My hubby has not a military background
