FYI to everyone, while interviews are often scheduled on CASE COMPLETE date, they are also scheduled via PRIORITY DATE. So if someone filed Nov 2012 and you filed Jan 2013 but you have your case comp

Thanks for checking.Ok at people a PSA I need to do. I think we got a bit spoiled since January. Because honestly the 2nd week of the month was the usual interview scheduling. Like around now. But

Stevie B this is not true. You have said this before and its wrong. The embassy has no idea about us IR1/CR1 unless we are DCF or Expedite. NVC schedules for us okay not embassy. There is a calendar

There are many countries they have not finished with. They don't start releasing until they fill slots, Hang on.

Well congratulations to those for the Philippines. All of you got your interviews. I see many more countries nothing yet.

Okay I think for tonight I have searched VJ enough and added some people,

Again Congratulations to all who got Interview. Now your homework and prep.

hopefulli i get mine soon, they received my packets june 26, 2013..

no news yet, no rfe's. nada

01/09/05 -hubby and I were classmates in college and started dating, our first kiss

10/22/06 - Entered USA as a green card holder, petitioned by my mom (poe sfo, cali)

11/08/06 - exited USA with permit to re-enter (have to go back to Manila to study)

11/22/07 - 1 year and 14 days out of USA, re entered USA with re entry permit. No problems!

05/22/09 - Went back to manila to marry my college sweet heart.

08/30/09 - Went home to USA, pregnant

02/17/2010 - gave birth is USA, with out hubby.

02/10/2011 - brought our baby to manila to see hubby

05/09/2011 - went back to USA, with out baby. Baby left with daddy

11/01/2011 - submitted n400 (denied, 02/05/2012) im not allowed to use 90 day head start as I was out of country for more than a year, not deported because I have re entry permit.

01/23/12 - noa 1 for hubby's i130, I was green card holder

01/13/13 - re submitted n400

04/11/13 - oath taking!!!!

04/14/13 - upgraded hubby's i130

05/08/13 - noa 2 received

Nvc:

06/26/13 nvc received our aos and iv packets.

07/20/13 aos checklist

07/25/13 mailed aos checklist

08/19/13 case complete

I called NVC 3 times still no interview sad.png

Hi Aoun,

I am also waiting for Abu Dhabi interview. I called right before they closed this morning (Monday night in USA) and nothing yet.

Be patient, hopefully we will get our date tonight when NVC opens.

You probably already know that Abu Dhabi also handles all visas for Iran, so I am sure it gets pretty busy. Also, not sure if reduced Ramadan hours in July/August plus the Eid holiday reduced their capacity for August... hoping not!

Best of luck, hopefully today is our lucky day.

Hi Aoun,

I am also waiting for Abu Dhabi interview. I called right before they closed this morning (Monday night in USA) and nothing yet.

Appreciate your comment. Well you are right about reduced working hours because of ramadan but I did not know that Abu Dhabi embassy handles visas for Iran. I have called embassy few times and also emailed in regards to the interview date last week. I thought embassy might have received my case but no response from their side. I will be waiting patiently. But like you said hopefully we will get interview dates today.

USCIS - California service center

09/17/12 --- I-130 sent to Phoenix mail box
09/20/12 --- NOA1 recieved via e-mail (CSC)
09/27/12 --- NOA1 hardcopy received
01/24/13 --- Called USCIS customer care and found that case was transferred to Local USCIS office (never got notice of it)
03/18/13 --- Submitted E-request as the petition is officially 180 days beyond
03/18/13 --- Tier2 ISO told the petition is at NBC.
04/01/13 --- We received email confirmation abt the E-request that we put in 2 weeks earlier
04/04/13 --- Went for infopass appointment at local office and they approved my petition and sent it to NBC
04/08/13 --- Received NOA2 today (date of NOA2 is 04/04/2013).

NVC Process

04/18/13 --- Called NVC for case number, they told that they got file on 04/15 asked us to call back of 20 business days
04/23/13 --- Called NVC and got the Case number and invoice identification number.

04/24/13 --- Sent DS-3032 by email.

04/29/13 --- Got AOS Fee email from NVC,

04/30/13 --- AOS Fee payment done online.

05/01/13 --- Send AOS documents packet by Fedex.

05/03/13 --- AOS Packet reached NVC.

05/06/13 --- Got Immigrant Visa Application Fee Bill Invoice email from NVC.

05/07/13 --- Packet IV Fee payment done online.

05/08/13 --- Send Packet IV documents by Fedex.

05/10/13 --- Packet IV reached NVC.

06/10/13 --- Got checklist email for i-864.

06/11/13 --- Corrected i-864 reached NVC.

07/01/13 --- Got new checklist again from NVC, but it was mentioned that we meet the min requirement to schedule an interivew, so asked us to

get the corrected i-864 to interview.

07/08/13 --- Got Case Completion email. ( Case completetion date at NVC is 06/28 ).

07/31/13 --- Interview date scheduled on 09/03.

I notice few of the muslim countries have not been scheduled.. I personally feel it could be due to ramadan and Eid. If you look at the list of pending countries, majority of them have not been assigned yet. Good point is we know there has been no interview for August which means we still have chance for August interview. Keep your finger crossed and keep praying. Our dates will be coming soon!! Inshallah!

Morocco a muslim country scheduled last week , i still have not get an interview date !!!
