Wow received hard copy of noa2 approval in just 4 days of email notice ... Could this mean the tsc forwarded our petition also and case number will be issued soon ...

Wow really this gives me hope !!!!!

Its possible that your Senator's office gave a "push" for expedited service from NVC.

Or, it could be like the one VJ member said before when they did a transfer before......all of those cases were expedited through the NVC to the embassies.

Wouldn't that be nice............

Filed I129f on the 3rd of November 20012, received NOA1 on the 5th, NOA2 on the 8th of May but up till now no case number from the NVC. I have been calling everyday for over a month now but same story every time( we don't have your receipt number in our system, send an email to NVCResearch).

I have contacted the Senator's and congressman's office but haven't heard back yet. I am sure my case file along with hundreds more is sitting down beside some clown in one of this offices. The USICS and NVC has to be the most incompetent government office I have ever had to deal with in my whole life. Shame!

Good luck

same here too NOA 2 is June 13:) will have my fiancee call NVC tomorrow then. thanks for the info!

It appears that NOA2s from June 13th at VSC are already in the system, but Vermont is close to the NVC in new hampshire.

I'm June 13th NOA2, but like you was transferred to Texas. I'm hoping we get it this week. Please message me when you get yours; I'll do the same.

Edit: I was on hold while typing this. They still don't have ours. The guy was kinda a jerk. He asked me to read him the first paragraph of the NOA2. I did and he was like it says it went to the consulate. I was like but it goes to NVC first then the consulate. Then, he told me the standard 15 business day thing.

So on our NOA2 it says they forwarded it directly to my embassy in frankfurt - does that mean it skipt the NVC? I tried to find example letters and they all said forwarded to NVC.

When it says it goes to your embassy, they are correct - but through the NVC. The NVC is simply a processing center. Kind of like saying when somebody mails you a letter. Yes, it goes to you, but through the post office.

My NOA2 (June 20,2013) states that my petition was "forwarded to the listed consulate". But the notice does not list any consulate on it!

My petition started at Vermont and was transferred to Texas.

Is there ant credence to the reprts of the petition going directly to the Emabasy in the Philipines In particular?

Hi

My NOA2 is also june 20, 2013 and my hardcopy states also that my petition was forwarded to the listed consulate - and under the point "Notice Type" it shows : Approval Notice, Valid from 06/20/20013 to 10/19/2013, Consulate Frankfurt.

Maybe look there too? Or is this box empty?

I let my fiance call on friday - and see if its at NVC or if it went directly to frankfurt ( how awesome would that be )!!!
