I literally checked 8 times! But we were approved today!!!! NOA 1 March 8 at VSC...

Few things I noticed... there is a sequence of 10 applications for K-1s together. My last 5 digits 16589. Late last week 3 got RFE's and when I checked today and 2 were approved (including mine). I am guessing the other 5 will be approved soon as well.

June 4, 2015, your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxxxxxxxx, was assigned to an officer for response.

June 18, 2015 EAD CARD APPROVED AWAITING DELIVERY!!!

June 24,2015 EAD/AP combo card picked up by USPS

June 25, 2015 EAD/AP card received

October 6, 2015 email stating greencards in production!!!

If they really do proccess the k1s in batch of 10s , then one of them that are close to me in case number just got an RFE so *hoooope*

But then again, I don't want to get too hopeful because I'm more than likely just get disapointed sad.png

I don't know if they actually do it in 10s but thats how I noticed it around my case number. Someone else here mentioned that its usually a good sign when there is activity on a case number close to yours. That was the case for me. Hopefully for you too!!

NOA1 Notification (email & text msg) and Notice Date Fri-June 14,2013.

NOA1 hard copy in the mail Fri-June 21,2013

I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) transferred from VSC to TSC On Fri-August 9, 2013

I129F,Petition for FIANCE(E) transfer and now being process at TSC Thur-August 15,2013

Receive Notice of Action Transfer (NOA-T) on Mon-August 19,2013

Congrats guys. We are also March 8th NOA1 and we received NOA2 yesterday. Hoping everyone else gets a speedy approval. From what I see we may have another long wait for NVC.
