They wanted our original wedding certificate + translation. We originally sent them the international version with several language translation and we highlighted the english bits. Apparently that was not good enough, so now we sent them the Croatian version I had translated by the Court Interpreter and that did the trick smile.png

Amazing. Texas Service Center has had my RFE response since Dec 31st, 2013 and they just sent me a message last week saying they need another 30 days for an "additional review". This is after at the beginning of Jan them saying the file was under security check. I'm so pissed at USCIS I can't see straight.

Congrats on your approval of your RFE in 6 days.

Ameen. My hopes and excitement on approvals have gone all numb. I m having the worst luck with them.

Oh wow, since December ... that is nearly three months! I am so sorry it is taking them FOREVER! Our officer probably left the file on his desk or something since it was handled this quickly!

Yeah, my PD is June 17th, and since our interview on october 10th, we have not heard single word from USCIS. Everytime we call they say something different. 3 service request have been placed and still nothing...

RFE received 11/7/2013

RFE responsed 12/16/2013

inquire request 2/24/2014

got letter from uscis 3/4/2014 it said that it is pending for decision but can not provide me certain time frame.. which means they need me to wait :((

it is too hard to wait for their decision without hope..

got letter from uscis 3/4/2014 it said that it is pending for decision but can not provide me certain time frame.. which means they need me to wait sad.png(

it is too hard to wait for their decision without hope..

im green card holder and my wife is in south korea now..

and i got my greend card through my first wife who was UCS but the first marriage was real and truth love marriage but uscis want me to provide them mroe clear evidence on RFE letter.

so i provided them wedding pic, affidavit from 8 different people who knows me and my first wife, dating pic, la fitness joint membership, auto insurance, tax return official transit for 2 year, joint bank account statement 2 years, joint credit card statement, medical bill, wedding ring recitpt, college payment receipt, honeymoon hotel receipt, marriage licence, email history between i and my ex wife while she was at korea trip,

it is so hard..... :((

all we can do at this time is pray to Jesus that he will open doors for us this week and we get our approvals
