My fiancee (petitioner) and i reached our 5months of waiting on Monday May 27...our NOA1 was Dec 28. As at now we are still in te dark regarding exactly which service centre our case has been transfered to. Why should our case be transfered at such a time when we know we should have our NOA2 soonest? How come since the transfer on May 24, we still havent receieved any notice about our new service centre? AM SO PISSED OFF!!!!!!

I'm in the same situation. December filer/transfer notice received last Friday. The notice was just sent last Friday and Monday was a holiday so I don't expect anything in the mail for at least a week if not two. I fully understand exactly how you feel though and I ended up writing my congressman last night on his website. I got a response today and I have to fill out a authorization to allow them to inquire for me, ugh! I'll post as soon as I hear something.

Hi everyone! Also a May 24th transferee... heres what I posted related tot his earlier. Hope it helps!

Hi everyone! After 2 hours on hold with the USCIS I spoke to a relatively helpful tier 2 representative. She put a service request on my file, Dec 20th filer @ VSC, and directed it to the TSC where she told me my file had been transferred. Although it is still in transit from what she told me, she said I should expect a response to my service request by June 13th, so 2 weeks. I'm not going to be so optimistic to think that I will have an approval in 2 weeks, but I hope by then they will at least have a better answer for all of us! I did specifically point out that California has been approving people far ahead of my application, and the Vermont has also been processing dates very close to mine and that I expected that this transfer would speed up rather then delay the process. I also asked her about training of the staff at TSC and she told me multiple times to not worry about the training, so maybe it was done in advance?? Anyways, more on June 13th when I will supposedly get an answer!! Good luck to all my fellow transferrees and please post ASAP if you get any other news, good or bad! I'm finally starting to get impatient.

Just got an SMS to check my number. I got the first transfer notice last Thurs. with everyone else. Initial Review

On May 29, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.
