In how many days i will get first response from USCIS?

Depending where you live and which service center you send it too (please update ur profile) ..did you send the page that asks for electronic notification?

I sent that page and didnt even get a text or email ..

It could be a few weeks to a month before you hear from them. Id say a few weeks or less it they will txt or email you.

Agree with Ismail+Cassie. Did you include the Form G-1145 (electronic notification) with your petition packet? They correctly mentioned that process is not yet a "sure-thing."

In addition, check your USPS delivery confirmation status. That may be your first clue that it was delivered.

Finally, follow the money…. Has the check been cashed?

You will likely be okay, but you now have some other methods to determine if USCIS has your petition, and then the long patience-building exercise begins.

Just to give you an idea my noa1 came about a week after I sent off my package, although I think that is probably faster than usual

I got the NOA1 text confirming they forwarded it to the CSC just 3 days after delivery confirmation to the Dallas lockbox, so it's fairly quick.
