Hello all thank you in advance, I'm asking this question on behalf of my fiance's niece who is also on a k-1 and has a medical coming up again, she already was sent back for 6 months due to having TB and now she found a what I believe by the description was a roundworm in her stool. Obviously she is petrified as most people would be.

My question is will medicine that she is going to get from the doctor show up on any lab tests if she has to have them or prevent her from coming if she tells them?

Having worms should not stop her from getting a visa.

i dont see how that should stop her nor am I aware of any tests that show worm medication in the blood.

she should make sure she takes appropriate worm medications to treat the situation just for her sake.

I don't think it will matter, my internationally adopted sister had all sorts of worms when she came...with our modern sanitation I don't think that's something they worry too much about being passed on to other people here.
