Ty For the reply our alien registration number was change Nov 12 th then nothing new 2days ago we called them they confirm that and ask us to wait about 40 days now May Got their approval ,Happy for them and wish evryone got apprval very faster coz it sucks really .

if the alien reg # was changed that means your file is on somebody's desk.

Almost there, our Alien registration number was change Nov 26. We also contacted our senator.

Congrats to all the luck May 2013 Filers who've had their approvals....

Please to those who've had their cases transfer from NBC to other processing centers, any improvements regarding the wait time frame. Got a text today stating that our case has been sent to our local process center...guess Texas Service center. looking up the time frame for Texas service center it shows they are still processing Feb 2013 I-130 filers....We are already 7 months in waiting can't believe I have wait another 3 months or may be more.....

I also posted this in the April filers topic, since my PD is April and my NOA1 is May.

My Priority Date is April 29, my NOA1 date is May 1st. This evening I got an email that says:

"On December 3, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. "

WooHoo, finally some movement! I don't know what office it was transferred to - but I'm really really happy to see that it's being touched! I updated the comments in my timeline to note this transfer, didn't see another place to note it.

I just received a text message saying our case has been transferred to another office. We have a May 3rd priority date. Maybe we will see something in the next few weeks!

I still haven't had anything change on mine since May when I got my noa1... I am starting to worry.

We just got transferred too! I just got the text and email a few minutes ago! May 3 PD. They may continue sending messages through the evening since it's definitely past business hours! Hang in there everyone!

This came just in time! Our 1 year wedding anniversary is tomorrow and this tiny bit of movement gives me hope, even though we can't celebrate together!
