Anybody from early November get approved????

The Timeline/Igors list was down for most of today but it's back up now, so can people start to update their timelines???? Dying to know how many were done yesterday and what dates.

There are a FEW(like 2-3) early November filers approved. Not really much. Hopefully within the next couple weeks they will start getting to us early Nov filers..

USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)

Congratulations!

I have a question please. How do you check on the uscis website when I-129F's were filed based on WAC #'s and how many were approved. And can they be filtered by country specific also? Thanks for the reply.

Hi - well, i entered my WAC # and then manually entered the 100 closest to it, and it said which visa type they are. Then it shows whether they are approved or not. When i first checked there were 17 fiancee visas all were from about Dec 15-18th, but as they approve you lose the date information 'cos it only reports the date of most recent activity, but i still knew from when i first checked. It takes a while to check but hey we had months of waiting so there's time to do it :)

No filtering by country that i know of.
