have posted a petition on the white house website requiring the Obama Administration to take action on I129F petitions.

If this gets 100,000 signatures the White House has to address the issue

Go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/administration/president-obama/

and click on the petitions section, there are only 18 petitions dealing with immigration and only the one dealing with fiancé visas.

get all your friends and family to sign the petition, coworkers, everyone

god bless and pray for good luck

the new link they emailed me http://wh.gov/e1uJ

So first, let's get those 150 signatures needed and then we'll see if the petition can get 100k signatures that are required. :star:

If this gets 100,000 signatures the White House has to address the issue

Keep in mind that even if your petition crosses the threshold by the deadline, you may not like the response you receive. A response could entail a regurgitation of what you have heard from USCIS to a non response like:

-> The We the People Terms of Participation explain that "the White House may decline to address certain procurement, law enforcement, adjudicatory, or similar matters properly within the jurisdiction of federal departments or agencies, federal courts, or state and local government." <-

I'm not trying to burst your bubble or discourage people from signing, but it is important to be realistic as to what your expectations should be with this effort.

I agree that it could all be for naught, however if we get 100,000 or more signatures then we can hit the news networks and further avenues. This for most is becoming a sad process with little hope....I pray enough people have enough faith to sign the petition and most important spread the word....the worst blizzards only start with one snowflake

I read through several pages of petitions, and couldn't find it. I also tried looking for it in Immigration and searching for "Fiance Visa," and couldn't find it. Maybe it's just Saturday, and my brain is tired.
