hi

i want to know if i enter us with k1 visa then can i get student visa in us without married?( i mean change k1 visa to student visa in us)

if we married then is any body search that if we live in one place? is any body ask us private question?

Firstly, no. If you don't marry within 90 days of arriving into the USA the foreign fiance(e) has to leave the country.

Secondly, once you marry you then have to go through AOS...they need to know where you live. You will be reinterviewed for this to prove that the marriage is authentic. So yes, you will continue to be asked "private" questions.

It is refreshing to hear that you looking ahead and take any relationship you have with your USC petitioner seriously and that you do not wish to use the K-1 as a ticket to the US for some other reason.

YMMV

This whole thing sounds fishy  this is why those of us who truely love each other and want to be together forever.. are given such a hard time :(

Don't use the USC just to get where you want to be :( that is the saddest thing I've ever heard. If that is not the case .. and your intentions to marry the USC are genuine.. then I wish you 2 the best..

Narsi,

what you are trying to do is called visa fraud. Don't expect people here to help you with that

From what you are saying it sounds to me like you really are not coming here for the right reasons. If that is the case then like stated above its people like you who make it hard for people like us who are really serious about being with our loved ones. And who have to wait a long time just to see them. And we have to go through alot to be with our fiance(e) if your intentions are not honest and true ot marry then you shouldn't be applying for a K-1 fiance(e) visa and you need to discuss this with your other half.

Doesn't sound like they even HAVE an 'other half'.... yet!

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png
