so I received a text this morning with an update to my K-3 ( almost had a heart attack)

LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER TRANSFER... funny thing is, the K-3 was transferred to TSC back on Nov 27th and was with the I-130. I wonder what they are doing with it? Maybe its getting closed or maybe its getting processed and they haven't done anything with my I-130 yet. Which is fine with me

Anybody else get another tranfer for a K-3?

so I received a text this morning with an update to my K-3 ( almost had a heart attack)

LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER TRANSFER... funny thing is, the K-3 was transferred to TSC back on Nov 27th and was with the I-130. I wonder what they are doing with it? Maybe its getting closed or maybe its getting processed and they haven't done anything with my I-130 yet. Which is fine with me

Info pass was useless. Local IO tells me he can't do.anything. He could have done Something if the file was with them locally. Senator told me Jan 10 that file was assigned to an officer. Today at infopass I was told file was assigned Feb 07. Dam*, no truthful info whatsoever. I hv been dealing with Senator's office. I will engage congresswoman's office tomorrow. This is unacceptable. Local IO told me every case is different when I brought up the fact that July are getting approved - BS. USCIS will delay my case, but in the end they are condemned to approve it whether they like or not.

It is all BS no matter whom you will go for help. no one will listen us, coz they don't care.

I've seen in VJ a transfer from NBC to NSC and then from NSC to TSC for I-130 filer.

A bit strange but I hope they are moving files out of NSC

Will be interesting to see what happens with your K3. Ours was transferred to Texas at the same time as the 130. The 130 was approved and we still haven't heard what's happened to the K3. It will most likely be closed, although we would have went the K3 route had we had a choice, only because it may have been faster.

I can't imagine what USCIS is doing but I hope this is good news for you. Sending continued good vibes with fingers and toes crossed for all the April folks still waiting. You deserve so much better than this from your government.
