They just started transferring April and so far just the first week. April 5th was a Friday.

I am sure you will hear something soon.

I hope they continue with the trend and transfer the second week of April next week. My NOA1 is April 12th which was a Friday.So maybe I'll see a transfer by next Friday.. I hope they get it transferred before the holiday week of the 25th. Alot of people take the whole week off for Thanksgiving. The USCIS employees get to spend the holidays with their families and we get to sit on the edge of our seats waiting for them to work on our files so we can MAYBE see our spouses by early 2014. God Willing

Mine is April 11th, excited to see all the transfers. Let's pray ours is next, even though USCIS told me they were unsure of my case being transferred I bet the feeling of your case being touch means something good rather than being stuck in Initial Review.

For all those who haven't being transferred and are within the first week of April, I do think that if you don't get transferred you will soon hear approvals. Remember not all cases are being transferred. I'm sure approvals will start picking up.

For what I read you will get messages informing you of the transfer and it's great news because (for what i've read in the february and march treads) you will be getting a NOA2 or RFE (depending on your case) soon... they all say another month or 2 after being transfered.

If anyone else has more info about it, please share smile.png

Don't worry! smile.png This happened to all the March filers as well, it's an annoying system error. Your first notice says "another office," second says "local office," and you'll receive a third that ought to say something like "service center." In any case, you can bet your petition is on its way to CA, TX, or NE. Just have to wait for your hard copy to find out!

Okay guys

I got a notice yesterday (14 November) saying that my case as been transferred to another office for processing

Today (15 November) I got another notice saying that my case has been transferred to a LOCAL office for processing and that the local office has complete jurisdiction over the case.

What should i make of this? Is this good/ bad news?

I got the exact same notice....On exact same dates as yours.......

On November 15, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

Both notices on same date as yours..........

i just got a third email that my file was transferred and processes AT A USCIS OFFICE. they didnt mention any service center.. hmmmm.. again my noa1 is april 1.. keeping the faith!!

I am worried about one thing is it true people are getting approve or they are just saying so we get frustrated :( that why we don't haven't got any notice from service centers.
