Hello Mam, i have a question... after AOS fee and it appeared PAID on CEAC, do we have to wait for an instructions from NVC thru mail, does they send instructions on what to do next?.. i'm confused... what to do next after AOS payment?.. please advice.. thanks..

You don't have to wait for the next instructions from NVC. As long as you paid your AOS fee you can mail your affidavit of support application along with the supporting documents like pay stubs, letter of employment, form I-864, tax transcripts from 2010, 2011, and 2012 and W2's. Don't forget to print the cover sheet of your AOS from online and include this on top of your AOS packets.

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

I filled out DS-260.

Now must I send to the NVC original documents or copies may be sent? Birth certificate, marriage certificate. Do I need to send the passport, too ? Or is a copy of it?

My friend happened to me the same, and congratulations this means that your AOS is approved, called on Monday and maybe your case and is complete. this is as a reminder checlisk automatic.

Hi america-del-sur. You were right about the AOS. I called them last night and they confirmed my AOS has been approved, however they didn't say anything about my case being completed. I'm getting a little worried 'cause I don't want them to misplace the civil docs I already mailed to them. I hope I get my case completed soon.

I have this same email this Tuesday, and now I waiting for case completiongoofy.gif

Hi Beatka,

Have you heard anything from the NVC re your case? Did you try calling them to find out if your case has been completed? Any updates?

Thanks!

Hi Garciandres87. I have call NVC today and they told me my case is under review. I need wait 20 days sine October 15

I called and they told me the system shows two packages received, but they said they couldn't confirm what the packages contained.

Did they acknowledge having your civil docs or they only told you to wait?

Helo my friends. I desprately need your help. I have not been able to find a joint sponsor and since I have been a student for the last few years I have not filed taxes and I do not have enough assets, so I need a joint sposor. Please tell me what can I do? I have heard that there might be people out there that would do that even some of them for money...

Have you ever heard of that? Is there anyway I could find a joint soonsor???

Ask anyone else in your community, in your mosque, in your relatives, in your friends, anyone can be a joint sponsor as long as they earned the minimum amount which is I think 25K per year and they paid taxes for past 3 years. Simple as that. I am sure you must know people here in the US who can do that for you. Just ask people, they will help you for sure.
