No IV bill yet been 2weeks pass

It has been 2 weeks already since we had heard from NVC about our AOS and DS3032..we submitted our choice of agent via email still no email stating it has been accepted. We also had paid our AOS bill, and now waiting for our IV bill to be generated so I can send our I-864 and the IV bill,and it has been 2weeks pass and still nothing

The IV bill is only invoiced after the DS-3032 has been accepted and added to the case file. Have you called NVC to inquire about the status of your DS-3032?

Remember, the AOS and IV are two different tracks. You don't need to wait for the IV bill to be invoiced or paid before you can send the AOS package. If you've paid the AOS bill, you're able to send the AOS package now.

Well I can see you been sitting around waiting on NVC to contact you. You lost probably 2 to 3 weeks getting that AOS/DS-3032 letter when you could have called and got it sooner Oh well. You should be over at the NVC filers thread and read Post #1 and #2..

But just for you I will show you the secret what you need to do right now to get your DS-3032 approved and IV Bill invoiced. This is in the FAQ section of the NVC filers. You should come. Read Post #1 and #2 make sure you got all things together. The most wonderful Saylin and darnell here are great resources. Listen to them.

It's been suggested (and has worked successfully with a few members) if you send a second DS-3032 email. It'll be exactly the same as the first email (for the body), except with a different subject line. Put this as your new subject line (changing the case number and name to reflect your case):

Supervisor Review - NVC Case # MTL2012XXXXXX - BENEFICIARY'S FULL NAME - Second Time Sending

Members have gotten responses (aka DS-3032 acceptance) within a few hours (depending when it was sent)!

I not know if it works for people using pink/purple coloured text, though...

excellent ! spend yer free time today, reading the links that dWheels has posted, from a PC . Handphones suck for VJ usage, you miss 80 percent of the usability of the site.

Trust me this works like magic. I did it and was approved like 4 hours later. All through the NVC filers thread you will see people claim the same. That SuperVisor Review is a magic thing. Go get it done soonest.

I had just called NVC and finally I got thru this time, BUT the one I spoke with said that NVC hasn't got thru with their emails yet..and they will respond to the order as they received and wait for another more week he said. Hmmm but I will still definitely going to do the one you suggested..I will have my husband send in a second request today.

Called them last week, they are telling me it takes 5-20 business days for an IV bill to be generated. This is after they already said they got my DS-3032 via snail mail back in the 1st week of March. Can't hurt though to send it via email, although I'm skeptical. I sent an email to them 2 weeks ago on another problem and still haven't heard back.
