Are we all not missing the point? I think everyone should call USCIS / CSC with the following statement:

"We are very sorry for the long delay and inability for you to constitute and use the facilities. It is OK.. We really do care! But until we see the yellow in your eyes or 10 days of poo in your britches, please do not call or complain. Unfortunately had you read our notice you would have seen that the process is being worked on. Since you have called, please wait another 60 days before bothering us again. We will do the best we can to find someone with a rotor rooter and snake out all of the BS you have been feeding all the K1 applicants. Unfortunately it will be a DACA candidate and they are not yet approved to work in the good ole US of A. So realistically we do not know how long this process will take. Thank you for your call.. NOW GET BACK TO WORK!!"

I don't think the plumbing issues makes a difference. It is not like they take a sh*t anyways because they have their heads so far up their own @sses they have to eat their own ####### to survive.

But seriously we should all reach out to press agencies I would suggest conservative. It does not matter what side you are on but due to this in-depth analysis of this post I-129F Delay at the CSC: A Comprehensive Analysis of the Data it is obiously because of the daca's. A conservative group with their opinions against illegal immigration would be more likely to champion our cause because of this.
