I have had posts deleted for mentioning usc wife. Lets see what happens.

It seems he is just looking to live in US either thru his dad or his so called GF. He has already been in US for 3 years... which means he has been over staying his visa for 2.5 years and ppl wonder

Also, I believe that, since he is not an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen, he cannot adjust status in the U.S. unless he has a valid status anyway.

No, I'm not saying that this relationship should be for immigration purpose,because they live together for 3 years,and he loves her,but he was wondering if he can get a green card thru his dad,that's all

It seems he is just looking to live in US either thru his dad or his so called GF.

He has already been in US for 3 years... which means he has been over staying his visa for 2.5 years and ppl wonder why they cannot get visitor visa to see their friends and family.

He would be a good example why ppl have hard time getting visitor visa.
