Thanks Saylin, I checked the link there was nothing specific to Algeria.

Thats a MENA country and I presume they will be hard. So I'll gather some evidence and add it (trips to Turkey, France, Italy, wedding + family pictures, etc...).

Thanks so much for all the help!

Fill out part I and II don't sign Part II. If you read the directions it tells you not to sign, don't sign. You will sign this in front of the Consular at the Interview after taking an oath.

That means they are so overloaded with calls that they can't even put you in the queue.

Like ImmigrationReform said, fill out BOTH parts, but only sign part 1. It says that in all the guides listed in post 1, in the FAQ in post 2, as well as the actual form.

I got the busy signal five times yesterday then got through - it just means the lines are all busy at that time I think. Just keep trying - and good luck.

I have a question, wondering if someone can help. I'm the petitioner, and I have 2 jobs was wondering are we going to have to submitt verification letters and check stubs from both of my employers? Or only the one I have been employed the longest? Thank you. Trying to get everything ready for when we get a case #.
