Comments : Our case was approved for expeditious processing while our IV package was under review at the NVC.

NVC didn't forward beneficiary's IV packet (DS-230 and original civil documents) to the embassy with the case.

Attended interview with fresh DS-230 and photocopies of civil documents and evidence. Case put into AP upon arrival of said documents. Refusal worksheet with 221g checked given to beneficiary.

Brought civil documents and passport to embassy and handed over to American consular officer and specifically asked him to follow through on expedite of visa. "Can she have her visa today?" "No, she can have it next week, Tuesday or Thursday." "We would like to have it as soon as possible… Tuesday please."

Embassy Review : Don't waste your time emailing them for answers. Go directly to the Embassy and speak with a consular. I give one star because they did reply to my email, but they refuse to take email correspondence seriously.
Rating : Very Poor

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
