Called the NVC, a very nice gentleman answered the phone and told me that I should allow at least a week... my documents were received on tuesday and he told me they were routed to be reviewed...he said it usually takes 15 days for EP cases. Hopefully next week sometime I will have a case complete! Plz no checklistssss NVC!!

Now why can't all the operators be this nice and give you some useful information?!

He must be a new guy, lol, or maybe had a real fortunate day. Either way, that's a relief.

Yay I get to join this group if the NVC gets my file in a timely manner. :D I had a list of all my addresses and have lost it so I've been doing that again. /sigh (I've moved A LOT!!!)

How many USA POE does the DS-260 need? Do I need employment on there as well? (with specific addresses and dates?)

Also - Do I need to bring the physical tax transcripts and the I-864ez with me to the interview?

My husband was married once before... do I need to scan his divorce decree for with my ds-260 package? I was planning on bringing it with me to montreal as well.

For previous addresses, you need the exact dates (MM,DD,YEAR) as for the employment it only asks for (MM,YEAR) but it also asks for their telephone number, address + postal code as well as the supervisor's name, I couldn't remember any of my supervisors names so I checked the box "Not Known" or something along that. For education it asks how many secondary level and up schools you've attended, you have to provide their addresses and MM,YEAR. Oh and as for the US visits, you need the last 5.

We only submitted the most recent tax transcrip, but I will take photocopies of that and the previous years to the interview, you will also need to take the original I-864 form with you.

Hope this helps. Congrats on the NOA2 :)

My 3032 just got accepted by email. Yipppeeeee! So...I initially sent the 3032 when I got the NVC number (Feb 4) and until today there has been no reply to that email. Yesterday, I decided to scan and send the 3032 with my husband's signature and today I got a reply to that email with an acceptance.

For those of you waiting on the 3032 acceptance and have access to a scanner it might be faster to scan it in and email it :)

Good luck to us all!

hi jlcandrlf, where can i find 3032 form? i would like to do same thing as yours. thank you! :)

Representative Polly picked up the phone...No DS-261 approved yet :( she said that it isn't in the system yet, so it's not reviewed yet.

About our AOS, she said: as email states, you have to wait up to 20 business days to get reviewed.

Nice lady, but she didn't say anything we didn't know...lol oh well.
