Well, apparently you have already your answer for what you need to do for the g325.

Being a job seeker while you are waiting for NOA2 won't affect you (my US fiancé was when we filed, no problem at all).

That said, you need to have a job and be able to support your fiancé financially, and have supporting evidence of this, when she goes to the interview. Once again, there is no guarentee that the philippines embassy will accept a co-sponsor.

So you need a job that will allow you to be above the poverty line and to be a sponsor for your fiancé. Considering the huge amount of time VSC currently needs to process application, you will certainly have a new job when you recieve your NOA2 anyway.

Good luck to you!

Good luck in your visa journey!

From the day we sent I-129F to the day I recieved my K-1: Exactly 9 months
I am the benifeciary

The only potential problem I can see with this in the event that the petitioner is not able to secure another job above the poverty line before the interview. Co-sponsors for the K visas can be rejected. In Manila, this seems totally up to the CO's discretion with no definite and consistent answer.

To the OP: Good luck with job hunting. I hope you find another job soon!
