Any folks called Uscis today ? i called Uscis today they told me VSC is working on may 28 2012 for i130 USC for spouse.. Do they told u the same as me?

They only tell you that because that's what it says online here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

They have to tell you that. In actuality, last week about three June 4th approvals were given. So...they don't know any better, and they aren't allowed to say anything except what's on the posted processing times.

Hi!

Well my husband called them last friday (Jan 11th)and he was told the same thing, that VSC is officially working on May 28th 2012 cases.

The representative explained to him that they are almost finishing May applications, he mentioned that of course there are cases still under review, checking background etc, but they are already working as well in a few early June cases.

We are still waitinf for our NOA2 :clock:

Reason #7 why calling USCIS is largely pointless.

Reason #8: Because once your post-August-15 priority date petition is transferred to the local office, the USCIS reps, whether tier 1 or tier 2 or Jesus Christ Himself, can't see anything about anything that happened to it after the transfer.

LATEST STEPS:

28 Jun 2013: POE Houston

08 Jul 2013: SSN received (at SSA office)

07 Aug 2013: Green Card received

27 Feb 2014: Whoa, life happened. Planning move "back home" together to Republic of Ireland by end of April.

29 Apr 2014: POE Dublin through Heathrow

15 May 2014: Received formal residency/work permission (GNIB card with Stamp 4, one year renewable) for the ROI

I also called today and was given a date of May 28, 2012 for I130 for spouse, but my paperwork is at CSC. A week ago they told me July 11th, so I don't understand why they went backwards. I'm going to try to speak to a Tier 2 agent later today and see if I can get any clarification.

I'd be curious to see what dates people have been approved for at CSC recently for I-130 for spouse. Anybody who got NOA1 in July get approved already?
