Yesterday is 3 months and never got any heared from them anymore and wondered when could we able to do medical or an interview in regards for my I-130 application..What should i do to speed this up? How long should we wait more in able to have an appointment from them or how long should we wait before i can finally come to the US.... Any further info much appreciated .Thanks.

1. get online with Manila IV and schedule the interview.

2. download the interview appointment letter.

3. print the appointment letter

4. go pay at BPI

5. go to a medical exam

6. do what you need to do for DS-230 and I-864 intake with Manila IV (intructions at the online site)

Good Luck !

You need to do most of this yourself: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-disclaimer.asp is where you schedule the interview.

Once the I-130 is approved, there is no further 'waiting on them ' for anything.

You have a unique opportunity to schedule all yourself, using a computer, being online with the internet, setting up an account with the online Manila IV portal.

Please start with YOUR scheduling, get the appointment letter, then handle the rest of your stuff.

Good Luck !

My answer:

u first have to be approved at USCIS. u probably have another 3 to 4 months. Than you go to NVC about 1 to 3 months to interview. You have a wait dear. So another 3 to 6 months.
