Take a copy of your submitted package, the originals of the main documents, and some stuff you did not submit for fluff. Know and review the facts of your case.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Hi All Happy Holidays,

When a couple goes to the interview what should they bring with them ? Review the checklist that is stated on the I-797c, NOA, AOS Interview Appointment document. My friends went online yesterday saw their I-485 is approved :-) Was approved Thursday December 13th 12 .Also when may they expect the card in the mail? That information (within 30 days) is stated on the USCIS online status page. Check our signature for our experience. and approx time after that they they will be called for the interview? You first have the AOS interview, then the decision. Hopefully approved, then card/document production and delivery. Check our signature for our experience.

YMMV.

Happy trails on your immigration journey.

Hi all we found out Thursday Dec 13th 2012 that the EAD was approved when can we expect it in the mail I know the online status has to change to Card Production ordered etc . But then what happens next when may we get called for the interview ? Living in DC .. Should we bring our tax returns to that etc ? Alos will the EAd have an alien no on it or a different no when we look at the receipts we have there is an alien no listed on the last receipt notice for the I-485 ?

Have a Great Day,

We have a lawyer he submitted the package should we request a copy of it from him?

His friend, according to his first posts, came on a B2, got married and stayed. I explained what "AOSing from a tourist visa is" to him (several times, even by replying to the OPs private messages) but I don't think it's clear yet. blush.gif
