With all of the RFE's for Beneficiary BCs and I-130 interviews that have started to surface, I would call if I were you and make sure you didn't miss something and someone didn't forget to update something. Just my suggestion since I've seen lots of september and august ppl approved already.

Exactly, I agree with KDH, Immigration is not the agency where you "sit back and wait". If you got a letter from them regarding your case you'll have a specific time limit on when you can reply and you can be sure that they won't try to call or email to make sure you've got the letter. I'd call to make sure about your case b/c a lot of Sept and Aug filers who were transferred to the NBC (field office or not) have gotten approval.

yeah i can, doesn't say Lees summit anymore, that status changed a long time ago. a number of us who filed in August, our petitions were sent to MO by mistake according to the USCIS, but then they were routed back to USCIS office for processing. Doesn't say who has it though.

First off, it wasn't a mistake that our files were sent to MO: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=c3c7ca7c5fed9310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=e7801c2c9be44210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD It was done to ease the workloads on the main centres.

They weren't routed back to anywhere. From NBC they were routed to the appropriate Field Offices as per the news release - it looks like the closest one that has jurisdiction over where the petitioner lives. If you go to the USCIS website and click the link for field office locator you can figure out which has jurisdiction. https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=LO

Here is the volume chart for Houston. http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=4&office=62&charttype=2

Unfortunately I am not one of them and I am still waiting...

OP call them they will tell you where it is mine is in Dallas as I live in the DFW metroplex around that area. More than likely it will be in Houston field office but ask for a tier 2 because they first tier to answer the phone knows nothing.

But keep in mind if you are not the petitioner your wife will have to call because they will not talk to you...best of luck!!

Tell your wife to get an ISO , and ask for location of casefile and casefile status.

Today I also called USCIS and asked to transfer to ISO> I spoke with ISO and she told me is that my file is with NBC and not in the local office. I asked her if someone working on my case, she said yes someone is working on my file.

I hope ISO provided me correct info, I think maybe all cases not sent to local offices.....hope I will get NOA2 in next week or so.

Alright so we have a bit of a time difference , i was asleep when the wife called USCIS, spoke to Tier 1, she did not transfer her to Tier 2, said that there is no need and they only do it in certain cases and that she will be able to help her out, so she gave all the info spoke to her, the CSR said that she sees a -66 against our case she also said our petition is still at CSC where as USCIS states that there are no cases of I130 in CSC. She said well its still there. i found out a little while ago, i have suggested that we call again now on monday as i think false info was provided to my wife. what do you guys think ?

Could you update your timeline and change to National Benefits Center? It'll help the rest of us with the timelines, thank you!
