if that's the case - write in 'see attached' and nothing more, on that signed ds-230

then do a continuation sheet.

if you are apprehensive about it, if indeed it is a signed ds-230,

then do nothing in regards to changes for the submittal into NVC,

and give a new ds-230 on interview day, correctly filled out with the signature

I called to nvc to ask for the packages CASE COMPLETED!! I can't believe it but its true!!!!!!!!!! :D :D

husband's visa is finally in transit!!!! the much "coveted" visa will finally be in our possession. i can't wait to talk to him over facetime later tonight so that i can see it. wow, finally finally!!!! again, thanks to everyone who have been so kind to help us out on our journey. my only means of paying it forward to fellow members is by bestowing what i've learned along the process hoping to provide the right answer. this site really has been a life saver (not to mention a much needed money saver). i applaud everyone who has contributed to making the process that much easier to understand. again, wishing you all a positive journey.

A signed DS-230 ha. No I figured since we are doing this again I would update now instead of waiting for interview.

Also how big a deal is it to put Unemployed. Goodness we thought we would be done and as of last month my husband is unemployed so now I have to put present occupation "unemployed" it just doesn't look right.

Putting unemployed doesn't matter one bit! I was unemployed for almost a year when I got my visa

I would suggest putting ALL the jobs on the attached form.

Whatever you do though, make sure you write on the line on the form 'See attached form' or something similar. On the attached form, make sure the entire question is written out with the number it is from the form. As a header, include both petitioner's full name and date of birth and the beneficiary's full name and date of birth as well as NVC case number. Dude remember we are doing the document getting now the third time. So I figured I would update the DS-230 now instead of later for interview. I already sent to his email he will print sign and include with the other stuffs and this time lets try FedEx. Oh boy.

rade2rising thats the story of my life stuff happening no one has ever heard of. Husband went to all official places paid and ordered it will be ready for pick up in a week. So here we go again. And we have done Postal and DHL. This time FEDEX we will be victorious.

And rade2rising if you only knew how hard the devil is fighting us you would be praying for us. But soon soon you'll all hear and see me post CASE COMPLETE!!

Is there anyway I could email or contact the main supervisor?

This is so frustrating.i just called yesterday and the representative told me they are still waiting for my passport pictures,& once again I had explained to her I had sent them 4 times already.& she said that nothing appeared on the screen.i asked her if I could speak to a supervisor and she rudely said she wasn't available and to call in two weeks.

"The National Visa Center is waiting for an Immigrant Visa Application to be submitted for this case. The Principal Applicant and any other Applicants who will be accompanying him or her to the United States must now download and complete an Immigrant Visa Application; please visit the following

website for instructions:"

Is it safe to assume this is a false checklist? I've submitted my IV packet over a week ago.

Just call up tomorrow and try again. Some operators can be real d!cks.
