My husband who is LPR filled i-130 for me in f2a catagory.My pd are 12 nov 2010.In nov 2011 we have our baby girl.She is now one.My question is this do we have to file another i -130 for her or not?My husband told nvc about our daughter and sent her birth certificate and photos.can you plz explain follow to join benefits to me and can we use it?I heard my pd are becoming current in feb and im so worried about this situation.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

All you have to do is add your baby in to your's file at NVC as a beneficiary. Unless your husband becomes US citizen, your baby does not need a separate I-130. Ask your husband to check with NVC to make sure your baby was added to your case.

You don't need to file i-130 for the baby. The baby is a derivative of the beneficiary (you).

Your husband can email or call NVC directly to follow-up your case.
