hello.im spouse of lpr im pregnant and my question is if i get the visa and after that he born

1-can the baby travel with me in the port of the entry what is the process in this situation? and how much time take ??

2-if he born before i get the visa what is the process?and how much tine take??

You have asked this question before and it was answered, have you tried reading the guides on the forum? If you have the baby after the immigration visa is granted you can notify the consulate of the birth and that you are considered a lawful permanent resident and they will either let you file the immigration visa for the child using follow-to-join benefits or you will be asked to file an I-130 on the child. Your case has taken a while to process from the time the NOA2 was approved these questions and what procedure to follow will depend when your interview is scheduled and when a visa is issued. You should try to close up NVC requirements as soon as possible so you can have the interview and visa issued before you are no longer allowed to fly (normally before the 7th month) otherwise you will have to wait to travel after the birth of the child and then have to deal with waiting for his/her birth certificate and passport before you can apply for the immigration visa. Last time you asked this question someone told you that the child could travel on your I-130 which sounds like the follow-to-join benefits. Your best bet is to call the consulate and just ask. Look up their number under the state department website.

When is the baby due? When is your visa interview scheduled for?

Following-to-Join Benefits

This section is for beneficiaries who became permanent residents through a preference classification.

If you had children who did not obtain permanent residence at the same time you did, they may be eligible for follow-to-join benefits. This means that you do not have to submit a separate Form I-130 for your children. In addition, your children will not have to wait any extra time for a visa number to become available. In this case, you may simply notify a U.S. consulate that you are a permanent resident so that your children can apply for an immigrant visa.

Your children may be eligible for following-to-join benefits if:

The relationship existed at the time you became a permanent resident and still exists, AND

You received an immigrant visa or adjusted status in a preference category.

If your family member (child) falls into this category and you adjusted to permanent residency in the United States, you may submit the following:

Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition

A copy of the original application or petition that you used to apply for immigrant status

A copy of Form I-797, Notice of Action, for the original application or petition

A copy of your Form I-551 (green card)

If you are in the United States and have not yet filed to adjust your status to permanent resident, you can file Form I-824 for your child overseas with your Form I-485. When concurrently filing Form I-824, it does not require any supporting documentation.

If you received the immigrant visa overseas, you may contact the National Visa Center (NVC) for follow-to-join information. Direct such inquiry by sending an e-mail to NVCInquiry@state.gov or by writing to the National Visa Center, ATTN: WC, 32 Rochester Ave., Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909.

hello,my question is if i get the interview and i have new born should i tell that to consular officer ?? can i add my new born to my petition in that step or ill get visa and fill new petition f2a for him?? how much time and documents needed if yes??

I do not think you will get any answers to this subject if you have not gotten any answers from the previous 2 or 3 times you posted this.

Your spouse might want to talk to a lawyer here in the states and see if they can advise him on the process.
