Hello,

Years ago my fiance was deported to mexico, we finally want to get married and i want to know how i go about marrying him in mexico. What do i need to do and how do we go about doing it. we where told he was banned for 10years but that we could petition for that to be reduced to 5 years after we where married. We where also told that once we where married that i could claim him on my taxes here in the us. is there truth to any of that?

any advice would be appreciated.
