HI ALL,

I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP ON THIS ONE (AS USUAL LOL).WE HAVE RECEIVED A "INTERVIEW PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR IMMIGRANT VISA" LETTER IN WHICH YOU NEED TO SEND

-DS-23O

-DS-2001

-FRENCH POLICE RECORDS

-PHOTO INFORMATION SHEET

-OK...THAT BEING SAID. I GUESS MY QUESTION IS "DO I HAVE TO SEND MY I-134 FORM(AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT) ATTACHED WITH THE DOCUMENTS MENTIONED ABOVE ORRRRR DO I HOLD ON TO THEM UNTIL THE INTERVIEW?

I HOPE I DIDN'T CONFUSED YOU,HAS ANYONE RECEIVED A SIMILAR LETTER?DID U SENT YOUR TAXES AND I-134s??HELP PLEASE!!! :-)

Usually the I-134 is handed in at interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

the affidavit is not to be included in this package 3...just follow the instructions in the package...keep the affidavits until ur interview

It depends on the consulate though. The consulate in Germany requires all documents in advance, including the Affidavit of Support. OP, try to ask someone from France or consider e-mailing your consulate. Your preparation letter should say exacctly what they need you to send to them too.

OP just send what is asked for on the letter. nothing more, nothing less. the rest will be dealt with @ the interview. if unsure about anything, consult your local forum :thumbs:

You only need to send the DS-230 Part I + DS-2001 back to the embassy, ONLY when you have the other documents in the list ready with you for your interview (DS-2001 is a notification of applicant readiness). The instructions letter is pretty clear on that.

Others documents have to be brought with you at the interview.
