Is anyone else going nuts looking at your estimated timeline on here? I know it's an estimate...but my date keeps getting later and later. Time to stop looking!

Yes, I know. Almost makes you want to drop everything and fly back to respective country and do whatever it takes to make ends meet until the interview. Better than wasting your life waiting for a bunch of nameless paper pushers to shuffle your life around.

Exactly how I feel! It gets tough to be positive when you don't even have any idea how long you have to wait to see each other again. So happy for the September filers who have been approved already - I just hope the rest of us aren't far behind!

I don't think we can set much store by the timelines now - it will be being pushed back by the people who haven't updated their timelines etc etc. 3 weeks until I hit my 6 month mark....

Our NOA1 came on Sept. 21 for CSC...and NOA2 came last night while I was on a plane! (Had to resist the urge to stand and do a dance in the aisle when I got the email)

That's fantastic!! I would have danced anyway....I'm weird like that.

And don't forget to update your timeline!! We are the same NOA1 date, the same country, and the same service center. This bodes very well for me!! Maybe I should have gotten on a plane last night too.

Not the same country...oops. Everything else is the same though. Let's go CSC!!!!!

Seems like few individuals got their NOA 1 in the email versus getting it in a mail as paper.

Should one be concerned with one or the other? I got paper!!

One is as good as the other I would think. You should have no worries.

They definitely send paper, but you don't particularly need it in either form over the other - just the application number is important for NOA1 (for tracking and service requests). We only got the paper one.
