Wow, it was like we had a spurt of "I GOT IT", "NOA2 CAME TODAY" and we were all so happy and jumping up and down for those people. I think in a way I got excited because it looked like CSC was really getting a move on, but the past few days have been quiet as hell. (I know the weekend was upon us), but we usually hear something. I'm crossing my fingers that we all have a happy week and get to add a few more NOA2 notches to our bedpost (lipstick case) whatever your preference. :)

December 12 2005 ~ sent I129F packet to

December 14 2005 ~ Packet Recieved by

December 20 2005 ~ NOA 1

December 29 2005 ~ Touched

March 9 2006 ~ NOA2

April 5 2006 ~ Packet 3 arrives

April 11 2006 ~ Packet 3 returned to London Embassy

June 12 2006 ~ Interview Date (APPROVED!)

June 26 2006 ~ Entered the U.S. under K-1 Visa

July 06 2006 ~ JOP marriage

September 12 2006~ I-485 Received by INS

September 18 2006~ NOA recieved

September 30 2006~ Married

October 3 2006 ~ Biometrics Appointment (Fingerprinted)

November 16, 2006~ RFE reply received ...didn't even know we had an RFE (INS stated that the RFE was

probably sent to the DR. that did our biometrics)

January 17, 2007 ~ CSC is now processing cases received September 25 (11 days after ours was received) :(

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

The new processing date listed with the CSC of December 31 MUST be a typo. I think whoever updated it meant to put November 31. :hehe:

Some quick advice for those just starting the K1 process. Move to a state serviced by the Vermont Service Center before you file !!!!! :yes::thumbs::lol:

K1 Visa Process long ago and far away...

02/09/06 - NOA1 date

12/17/06 - Married!

AOS Process a fading memory...

01/31/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD package for Olga and Anya

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

*sigh* Exactly what I was thinking.

The first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do before going to bed is to check VJ to see if there are approvals and I freakin hate it when there are none. I like to see things moving... even if it's not my case.

And yeah, I'm also starting to think that December 31 must be a typo. But wait, isn't there a VJ member that got his/ her NOA2 lately (after NOA1 in december)? Oh yes, it was mijndert (NOA1 12-05-2005). Pah, I'll keep on believing that it's not a typo, no matter what my brain keeps telling me!

AOS & EAD:

10/13/2006 - sent AOS and EAD documents

10/18/2006 - NOA1

11/02/2006 - biometrics appointment in Santa Ana

01/05/2007 - interview appointment in Santa Ana - APPROVED!!!

01/16/2007 - greencard in mail

01/22/2007 - EAD card in mail (well, thank you very much)

Yeah but you know as soon as a rush of people move over there Vermont will slow down and CSC will speed up! :P

Here's hoping for speedy approvals! I'm fretting that London hasn't confirmed getting back our Packet 3 and it will have been 4 weeks sending it on Thursday :P
