Wow, touches all over ..

Mylene and Ashley's Case was transferred to CSC on Oct. 25 and both were touched on the 2nd and then again on the 4th (Saturday) hopefully this is a good thing.

We were touched for two days in a row about a week after CSC received our case - nothing since, though a few who were transfered after us have since been approved.

I think its safe to say that, similar to the process I experienced while at CSC during the K1 petition phase, there is truly no rhyme nor reason to what they do.

I had same thing happen to me also, 8 days later after transfer, two touches, each on the next two days then nothing now for next 7 days or more.

My observation and just that, is that it seems to be based more on when you applied of mailed in application for AOS, like they go in chronological order first. Noticing by what you said someone else had been approved before you although they were transferred like 2 days after you, ex. AJames I think it was, anyway, then if you look back on when they mailed in AOS and received NOA1 it was before any of us, just a thought or observation. May be nothing to this either and as you said no rhyme or reason but knowing how the USA government works, there is always a reason and a procedure they follow, it is we just are not privy to it, but rest assured there is one.

hey guys! check my signature! FYI.....just so you guys know for your cases..........I usually get email updates for uscis, however this time i did not get any emails..........................................got the perm resident card the same day as the "welcome" letter, the card came from Laguna Niguel, California.It looks like ur getting an atm card or credit card LOL. Good luck and Godspeed to everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa 1 for aos received 07/28/07

biometrics 08/15/07

ead card ordered 09/20/07!!!!

ead card received 10/01/07! finally!

aos case transferred to California Service Center 10/03/07!

received "Welcome to the United States of America I-797 11/05/07!(dated 10/30/07)!

Permanent Resident card received 11/05/07 (dated 10/31/07)! THank u LorD!

Will file for 10 year GC End of July/Early August 2009!

Removal of Conditions:

Mailed I-751 overnight mail to Vermont Service Center 09/10/09

VSC received the I-751 Packet 09/11/09 About 12 pm Local time

Check was cashed as of Sept 16th 2009

NOA Received 09/19/09 dated 09/14/09

I-797 Appointment Notice received 10/01/09 dated 09/25/09 (Biometrics)

Got they 10 year GC approval letter in the mail dated 01/08/10! yehey!

10 GREENCARD RECEIVED 01/20/10

Citizenship.......maybe............or maybe stay a permanent resident .......................

So no touches online for your case status after it was transferred or in past 2-3 weeks, just card came in mail today out of blue then? THAT is wonderful for you, great cheers to you, go drink some wine!

So we got the GC today! Only three days after they said online that it was sent out!

Only prob is that homeboy looks like a convict, as he had to take his hat off for the photo. Oh well, atr least we're done for two years!

After being at NBC for 4 months, they finally transferred my case to CSC... gawd! Can I please be added here in your database? My details are on my signature and I didn't file for EAD.

Sept 14th NOA I-797C

Oct 7th Biometrics Appt

I have the great pleasure of informing you all that I am in possession of a shiny new permanent resident card! It came in the mail yesterday and my official approval has a NOA of OCTOBER 24, 2007.

Let me tell you. It feels good to be me right now!

Just a reminder to all CSC transferees, the timeline function now allows you to enter your CSC transfer date. Please update your timelines! THanks!

I would update my timeline, but there is no "transfered out" option..lol I have both my transfers in my signature though!

Just to give you guys an update, I have another biometrics appointment next saturday and was touched once since the transfer to th local office (which I still don't know which one it is.

No interview date, nothing. It is almost time to apply for my renewal EAD.....
