HI

I need to find out how long I will get the approval letter from Vermonet center I recived the letter that they got my application since March 30 2012 and until now waiting for the approval .so until today I have been waiting for 4 month and 20 days. Has anybody have the same waiting period.

Vermont have been extremely slow lately you probably have at least couple more month before you will hear anything. Latest was that they are working on January filers.

Are you in F2A category? We filed over a year ago, and haven't heard anything yet.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

As you are a greencard holder, it will take 2-3 years for your wife to get the visa, so they are taking their time approving the I-130 as there is no hurry.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

My PD is 24 March 2011. Still waiting for NOA 2.

09/09/2009 met and had been happily dating for almost a year when my husband (bf at that time) won in a green card lottery. By that time he divorced from his ex-wife, and I graduated from the university and had obligatory job placement in Belarus for 2 years on.
11/19/2010 got married. In about a month he left for the US and applied for family reunification.
03/24/2011 Priority Date
04/08/2013 NOA2

06/14/2013 Case Completed

I am us citizen submith the i 130 I am not a resdient so I dont know what is the F2A category?

Second Preference A: Spouses of permanent residents and the unmarried children (under the age of 21)) of permanent residents (Known as F2A)

You posted on the wrong thread, one of the admins will most likely move this to the IR1/CR1, once you create/update your timeline you should get an estimated date for adjudication (approval/denial/rfe).

Right now it is taking about 5 months for approval.

Check the steps after approval to be ready:
