Help with finding right visa for me.

Hi all, i am a 22 year old living in australia, which i am a citizen of. I currently have a girlfriend who lives in the US whom i have been with for 11 months now. Im looking to move to the US as soon as possible as it really hard being away from her for so long at a time, but am unsure which visa i will be eligible for. Marriage right now is most likely out of the question, and i do not have a bachelors degree in any field, and i would not have enough money to support my self on a B visa. H2B visa's are near impossible to get at the moment, and i cannot get a J visa because i am not at university. so i am unsure of any other options but was wondering if any one on here has any knowledge they can share with me?

Since marriage is not in the cards, I am not sure what visa you are looking for. There is no boyfriend/girlfriend visas

You can visit for 90 days on the visa waiver program but then you would have to return.

As you don't want to marry, you don't have enough to invest and you do not have a degree I don't see many options for you.

What about a student visa? Do you want to study anything (and do you have the money)?

Have you tried the GC lottery?

Have you looked into her coming to Australia? **Aussie economy is much better at the moment and we honestly wish we stayed there

GC lottery is probably your best shot if you both aren't ready to be married, niether now or in the near future. You can't move to the US permanently unless someone sponsors you, either for a work visa or as a relative(spouse/fiancee or a parent/sibling) however none of those are options that are ASAP solutions, esp. when your main goal is to be with your girlfriend. That is somewhat of a visa-killer because it may look as if you're trying to take a shortcut to be with her and have immigrant intent in the long run.
