did she get an interview appointment letter? if so and if it's anything like the one I got for an AOS interview then it's pretty self-explanatory. In fact, it comes with a check list that you can go through and make sure you got everything. Good Luck!

HI FOLKS,

I JUST WANT TO KNOW THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO BRING FOR K1 INTERVIEW...MY FRIEND IS ABOUT TO HAVE HER INTERVIEW SCHEDULE AND SHE WANT TO KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTS SHE HAVE TO BRING FOR HER INTERVIEW IN MANILA. THANK YOU.

Have your friend read the step-by-step K-1 guide found in the Guides section, located at the top of the forum page. Additionally, she should check the Phil embassy page on the forum for their specific requirements.

BTW, lose the caps.....they are hard to read and indicate that you are yelling in internet parlance.

One thing I am confused about is the affidavit of support...which one is She needed is it the I-134 form or the Form I-864 Affidavit of Support? So far she had some of the things you said. Does she need all Original to bring? what about the Income tax, is the transcrip copy is acceptable? Thank you.

My wife did not recieve her packet until several weeks AFTER interview and visa recieved. Funny huh? Don't count on the letter. You can basically print that letter (packet) from the USEM website in Tagalog or English.

She needs the I-134 copies and originals . I FEDEXed our entire I 129 packet w original signatures and original evidence (even adding some evidence) to a Mactan Fedex office prior to the interview. When they asked for the I-134 at the interview my wife asked " Would you like the originals or copies ? They were impressed at her preparedness and said copies will be fine. But its best to have all supporting evidence original copies on hand just in case.
