Hi,

Me and my husband have sent all the packages to NVC and paid all the bills online. So now we are just waiting for NVC to say case complete and schedule an interview for me. How long does it take to hear that case is complete from NVC? If someone is waiting just like us, please share your experience here. Thanks.

It's taking NVC around a week to review packages. Once they're both accepted, then your case is complete :)

Call up NVC every day to see if your packages have been reviewed (and accepted) yet.

may i ask to where do we send the AOS package and by what mail carrier is the best???

thanks

The address is on the bar-coded cover sheet from the payment portal.

As for carrier, it's up to you. Just make sure you get a tracking number so you know when it's been delivered.

Well, it's been 1,5 week since we sent everything in to NVC but still never herd from them that case is complete and ...no inteview date.

How much longer people?

NVC won't send you correspondence saying your case is complete. You have to call them up and ASK.

First you need a case complete before an interview date. Once your case is completed, your case is put into a queue for an interview date to be assigned. The time frame for this part varies by consulate/embassy, so you'll have to do your own research on the time frame specific to your case. Use this, it should help you start out: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=3&op2=d&op3=5&op4=1&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,27,28,108,110,111,208,210,211&op6=All&op7=Ukraine&dfile=No&adv=
