Good morning! My fiance had his interview this morning. He arrived at the Embassy around 7:30. He was the first in and had his interview right immediately. He was interviewed in English by a female, and these are examples of questions he was asked:

When did you meet?

How did you meet?

When did he meet my daughter?

How is his relationship with her?

Why does he want to marry me?

Why was he living in Texas last year?

Why do we want to live in Oklahoma?

Does he plan to work?

How and when does he call me?

Have I ever been to Turkey to see him?

He said everyone was very nice and polite. At the end, he was asked to bring a police certificate from the time he was living in Austria and as soon as they receive it, they will mail his passport with visa.

He immediately went to the Austrian Embassy and requested the certificate. They said it should take 3 days for him to receive the certificate in the mail, and once he mails it and it arrives at the US Embassy, he should get his passport with visa back in 3 days (hopefully). We hope he will be here by July 4th, but we shall see. It could have been worse and we are thankful that we know he will be coming soon and we can continue our future togerther again!!!

I have not posted anything on here, but I have read a lot of other posts, and they have helped us through this process so much and we just want to say thank you/tesekkur ederim everyone!!!
