Fights happen every day across America. In every city and town. Even fist fights happen in Elementary school - a lot!

Are you suggesting that the person to draw their gun first can kill the other person in every fight that takes place?

You would think the narcotic taking, previous run-ins with the law, CCW holding, neighborhood watch captain would be held to a higher standard than to resort to murder so quickly.

Take in consideration he approached the innocent boy and had already spoken with the police and knew they were in route, just a few quick minutes away.

He had no reason to hunt him down - calling the police would have caused the innocent boy enough trouble that night.

To get out of his SUV and take it to another level was all poor decision making on the part of Zimmerman. Hopefully he will have a lifetime behind bars to reflect on those poor decisions.

Well he was that night until Zimmerman approached him (minutes after racing to dial 911 and uttering with a voice full of hate/rage that "they" always get away).

Whether Martin was defending himself from a psycho neighborhood black person watcher or Zimmerman was defending himself from a thugged out tatted up gang banger with an attitude is all speculation.

If you're a liberal you believe the former, if you are a Republican you probably believe the latter!

Actually, Trayvon Martin was 5'11" and only 2" taller than Zimmerman, but weighed a good 30 - 40lbs less than him as well as being 11 years younger. So if there was any physical advantage, it went in Zimmerman's favor, the former bouncer and security guard who once attacked a police officer as well as an ex-gf in a fit of rage. If you're going to try and paint a particular stereotype of a young, black teenager, then at least be consistent and acknowledge that Zimmerman was no boy scout.

Yep. This is going to damage any credibility to Zimmerman's testimony:

The Affidavit says the money was transferred not only by Shellie Zimmerman into her and George's accounts at the credit union, but also using George's sister's account at the credit union. It also includes transcripts of additional jail calls, none of them good for George Zimmerman. The state says the calls show they transferred and withdrew money from a safety deposit box, and that many of Shellie's deposits and withdrawals were in amounts of $9,000.00, $9,990.00 or $9,999.00, which some might argue shows an intent to evade federal currency reporting requirements. He also directed her to use some of the money to pay their bills.
