please respect me

People are attempting to answer your questions, but there seems to be a language barrier here. You've called your significant other a girlfriend, fiance and wife. You've stated you've applied for K1, haven't applied for anything, but have an interview. We can't answer your questions unless we understand your situation, and we don't.

Yes, and people who are not engaged do it too. Bu the question here is... Did you marry her? Where are you from? Could you please complete your profile? It will help us, help you good.gif

Oh and one more thing... What interview are you talking about? Do you have an interview set up already?

I'm sorry but I can't help laughing at your answer. I thought everyone knew that you could be sexually active regardless of titles, paperwork and (fill in the blank). I love how direct you were.

haha that's not clear either... maybe he means kissing as sex.. like he mistakes wife with fiance and girlfriend

....or touching each others "x-boxes"...

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

You're right. We must. Sorry...

Now, please, talk to your- let's call her: significant other- and ask the following questions:

When did she petition for you?

What forms did she submit? (ask her copies of those documents)

What evidence did she submit?

When did it get approved (NOA2)?

Does she have a marriage certificate from the church wedding? (ask her to send you a copy, if she has it)

How much did she pay in fees?

What documents do you need to submit?

What should you bring to the interview?

If she states she applied for a Fiance(e) visa (I-129F) you must understand it will be denied. You are married to her, apparently. So, you both must reconvene and discuss withdrawing your petition and applying for a spouse visa. If you continue, you must tell the truth.

Please fill out your timeline. That'll help us understand you and your situation better.

Just so you know (if it makes you feel any better), no one cares about you being sexually active; no one will judge you. There's no Consular that cares; none of us care. That's between you and her. If they ask, tell them the truth.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

OP: You risk being banned from ever entering the US if you go through with this interview and tell the US embassy that you're not married.

Answer NY_BX's questionnaire and we'll help you out as best as we can.

Whether you and your gf/fiancee/wife are sexually active or not is irrelevant to your visa. You're trying to enter America, people there have sex all the time. Whether they just met, are dating, engaged, newlyweds or married for 50 years.
