hello all,

the form i-134 has two pages.

does needs to be on one (1) page front and back? two pages

and does need to be notarized? usually not, however, check with the interviewing consulate/embassy for their specific requirements.

Well - yes there are two pages and they don't need to be on front and back. This form does not need to be notarized. Supporting documents accomplish the validity of your signature. Hope this will be helpful.

thanks alot.as i seen in the past on visa journey posts.that i-134 does not need to be notarized.

just making sure before i send the affidavit to my fiancee.

Yes, two pages. The information about notarization is not necessarily correct. As I stated previously, check with the interviewing embassy/consulate for their specific requirements.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

The recent version of the I134 does not need to be notarized it depends on the country of filing whether they require it.. most do not... which country of filing?

The instructions from my consulate says to have it notarized. Thats good you also checked.
