Hello my friends , I am starting to organize all the documents that we are going to need at the interview and I noticed that my income in 2010 and 2011 was some around 21.000 dol , so based on that the minimun is 23.000 dol I do not have enough. is ok if my mother co-apply with me ? .

Are you self employed or a wage/salary earner? What is your current annualized income? What is the household size including the intending immigrant?

If you made 21,000 and you need 23,000. You did not make enough. You must have a co-sponsor. A US citizen or LPR living in the USA can be a co-sponsor. Does not matter if it is family or a friend.

The co-sponsor must meet the requirements for their family + the immigrant.

You do not say how many people are in your mothers family or her salary so add them up and see if she can be a co-sponsor. No one can tell you if she can be if you don't give the details.

My mother income is 17.000 dol , but I do not know if I just have to add that to my income or she needs to make over 23.000 dol , I am employee at Dominos pizza, but I also have a good amount of money in my saving account and I am co-owner of the house with my mother and my brother , the house is value over 230.000 dol.

Where do you get the sum of 23'000 from? Other than you and your fiance, who else are you counting, and why? Ie does either of you have any minor kids?

You cannot add her income to yours. Income for co-sponsor has to follow the 125% guidelines

I am stupid , i doble check and I am fine, which is me and my girlfriend is 18.932 dol, and I have more than that the mistake that I was making was that I add 5.000 dol because I did not read the instruction it said add 5.000 dol for aditional person . man I am ok now I think I am nervous
