On average, it takes five months for the petition to be adjudicated. One of the Nigerian VJ-ers can provide information on how long it would take post-NOA2 to receive an interview and then receipt of the actual K-1 visa in hand, but the likelihood of him being here by the end of June is fairly low.

Please fill in your timeline to get an estimate based on the date listed on your Notice of Acceptance received from USCIS.

Part One: The K-1 Visa Journey:

USCIS Receipt of I-129F: January 24, 2012 | Petition Approval: June 15, 2012 (No RFEs)
Interview: October 24, 2012 - Review | Visa Delivered: October 31, 2012

Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

Part Three: Removal of Conditions:

Nigeria tends to be at the long side of the interview line at 3-0just over 4 months after they get the file. And there is usually post interview AP for Nigerian males. So you will be lucky to have him here for Christmas.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

When you say on acceptance do you mean you received your NOA2 (approval) from them or is that what you are waiting on?

I'm kind of new but I agree June is hitting it rather early no way. Even if you got approved now you still have the interview queue to go through. All you can do is prepare for the next stage get your forms and paperwork in order for interview and such. :)

:time:

If you fill in your timeline with your NOA1 date you will get an estimated time that you may receive your NOA2. After that you will still have many things to do before you can be with your fiance, as mentioned by others above.

Many advise that the "Case Status" checker on the USCIS is unreliable sometimes. If you sent it in February, you should read "Initial Review" status so unreliability is most likely the case. If you called them to confirm the status, your check was cashed, and you received NOA1, you are in the "Initial Review" stage which will more than likely not change for at least 5 months.
