An employer does the filing for a work visa, not an individual.

A person from Iraq (or many other countries in that part of the world) would likely face a higher level of scrutiny for any type of visa.

Is it easy to get work visa?

Absolutely !

But there's both a cap and queue.

To get IN to the queue, ya gotta make sure the fella that has a slot, has a work visa, loses his for the next upcoming queue, and make sure that you get INTO the queue at the right time.

No, you would need specialist knowledge, usually a Masters or lots of relevant experience too.

In my country we have a lot of exprince of modern furniture ,But no body has certificate. :/

Carpentry would not be something that a company would pay the fees to obtain a visa.

Before the recession it was not that hard to get work visas. But as the economic situation is not that good over there so now even highly trained professionals are facing problems in getting working visas. So it can be very difficult to get long working visas for USA.

To add to what Gloria said earlier the trained prof automatically used to get first H1b which was 3 years and then 1 yr extensions.

Now days even they don't get first H1 for 3 years... they get H1 of various length depending on how the paperwork was put in by their employer.
