Lorelle, I'm sorry you lost someone you were so close to. I know how hard it must be on you, specially because you're not there. But know you're very special and you have people here that admire you very much and pray for you!

My parents emmigrated to Malta about 5 years ago from the UK. Last year my Mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer. It was VERY hard not being able to spend every weekend with her and just "be there". Talking on the phone just isn't enough. She died in July after a pretty nasty battle with it.

I was able to get there before she died and spend the last couple of days with her, and I then spent a week with my father afterwards. But it still feels like it wasn't enough. And although my Dad seems to be coping fine, you always worry because you can't actually see for yourself.

I am so sorry to hear about your aunt Lorelle. My thoughts are with you.
