Yes, add yourself to the list. You have to multiquote and then reply then add your information in the format provided. Directions are at the bottlon of the chart.

Hello there everyone,

So glad to have found this thread. Pressure is building up as I am gathering evidence for I-751. My conditional card expires on 8/25/2012 and I am mailing my package on 5/30/2012. This is my list for you to look at and let me know what you think:

- I751

- Personal Check ($590)

- Copies front and back of GC

- Copy of the reminder notice for me to file.( Did anyone get this?)

- 3 Affidavits from neighbors and friends.

- Joints tax returns for 2011,2010,2009.

- Joint warranty deed of a small property.

- Joint house lease agreement.

- Joint car/RV titles.(Recent and current).

- Joint car loan contract.

- Most recent joint checking and savings accounts statement.

- Letter from hubby's employer ( with attached proof of medical and life insurance coverage, both previous and current, stating me as beneficiary)

- Copies of both our Driver's licenses.

- Copies of our car insurance cards for all vehicles.

- Last 2 water bills in both our names.

- Last car note and internet bill in just my name.

Do I have to include a cover letter???

I have not used acco fastener, but it's pretty organized.Would that be a problem?

I also read somewhere here that the best way to send is USPS Priority mail with delivery receipt. Should I go with that?

Please let me know your comments as I am very anxious and I don't wanna do anything wrong.I wish they would just visit and judge by themselves :)

If you're going to mail your package on 5/30, you may want to start I-751 June Filers thead, since it will be June already when your NOA is iisued.

Cover letter is not mandatory, but I think most of people include it. Couldn't hurt.

No, no need for acco fasteners.

Send any way which is trackable. USPS priority with delivery confirmation is the cheapest option. Real time tracking is only provided if you send USPS Express, UPS or FedEx. Your call.

All,

Got my NOA1, dated 5/11/2012. Could someone update the timeline for LEO22? Last time I tried, I had a hard time.

On the same subject, in reading the NOA1, it states my name as the petitioner (I am the green card holder, spouse US Citizen). Should not my spouse be listed as the petitioner and myself as the beneficiary?

No. Person applying for removal of conditions is conditional GC holder, i.e. you in this case.

USC is just stating by signing it that the application is joint, that he/she supports the application.

Hi All,

I just wanted to update you that i checked and found out that CHECK # xxxx I sent to CSC FIELD OFFICE PAYMENT ARC Check Cashed on 05/14/2012 ($590.00). I didnt receive the NOA yet. Regards, S Umer

I have received Notice Of Action (I-797) today on 05/17/2012, dated 05/04/2012 (Receipt date) and Receipt Time:18:17. Regards, S. Umer

You won't be able to see your case online until they've sent you out the biometrics letter, it will have a different case number you can use online to track the status.
